Should you decide to cancel or move to another supplier within the 30 day window the early termination fees will be waived. (see contract for details under "register for HiBIS" section)

FAIRNESS POLICY

HiBIS 256, 512 and 1500, have unlimited downloads. However to ensure heavy users do not slow the network for all users, the following rules apply.

Every night each user is rated. TSN adds the downloads for the previous 30 days. You are then compared against other users.

• The Top 15% of down-loaders will be called Red users
• The Next 15% of down-loaders will be called Amber users
• The rest will be called Green users

If the network hits peak capacity the Red users will be shaped to 64Kb, if capacity is still high the Amber users will then be shaped to half their speed.

Once the network load reduces shaping will be removed in the following order, Amber then Red users.
