Round Cube is probably the easiest of the two Travellers Mail programs to use.
In the image below I have created a couple of red rectangles to help with the explanation.
This is shrunken view of Round Cube so it may be little hard to read.
Step 1. Open yourself another Window.
Step 2. With your second window log into Round Cube. You will be able to flick between the windows for directions.
Step 3. The blue Starburst in the red rectangle on the left hand side indicates whether the email has been read or not. You can change it from read to unread simple by clicking on the blue starburst.
Step 4.The bigger red reactangle displays the sender. clicking on any sender, will open up a reply window, already addressed to the correct email address.
Step 5. Click on any email listed below the heading Subject will open the email for you to read.
NOTE
By default images will not display... This is a security protection from Spammers, many companies send SPAM emails with attached images. It's possible to register whether an email has been opened and read simply by watching to see if the images have been viewed. If you decide to view the images from SPAM sites you can guarantee the number of SPAM (junk) emails will increase dramatically.
Once a Spammer knows your email address is an active address they will definitely send more Spam emails to you, or worse still, your email address may get sold to other Spammers as a guaranteed active email address.
Step 6.Replying --- I have already mentioned that you click on each individual email to reply or you can click on the various envelopes above the heading "Subject".
You can reply to the sender
You
can reply to everyone the sender emailed the message to - Handy in business and also in families for keeping in contact.
Hold your mouse over the image and a display window will appear telling you what that button does.
