Dial Tone This problem requires you
to check the phone line.
Step 1. Take out the phone cord from the back of the
modem and plug it into the back of a phone. This will determine
if you have a dial tone or not.

If there is a dial tone
call the TSN Helpdesk on 1300 760 360 for assistance in fixing
the problem.
If there isnt a dial tone
the phone cord is most probably broken. In this case you are
best to go to your local electronic shop and purchase a new
phone cord.
