Manual Internet Setup

Step 1. Click 'start' at the bottom left hand corner of your computer screen. Then click 'run'

Step 2. Type inetwiz in the space provided and click 'ok'

Step 3. Click on 'connect using my phone line'

Step 4. Choose your modem from the list and click'next'

Step 5. Enter Your local POP phone number and click 'next'. The phone number list can be obtained by clicking here

Step 6. Enter Your TSN Username (normally tsn then a series of numbers) and click 'next'

Step 7. Enter the information as shown below and click 'next'

Step 8. If you already have a TSN email account and would like to set it up click 'yes' then click 'next' and continue to step 9

If you haven't created yourself an email account yet click 'no' then click 'next' and go straight to step 13

Step 9. Enter your name and then click 'next'

Step 10. Enter your email address and then click 'next'

Step 11. Enter the information as shown below and then click 'next'

Step 12. Enter your TSN email address and password and then click 'next'

Step 13. Click 'finish', and then click 'close'
