TSN Support

The TSN Support service is for customers with TSN who need to report faults on their internet service. This is when you are unable to connect to the internet. If you are connected to the internet you must send an email.

If you call outside of normal hours please do so by emailing helpdesk@tsn.cc

TSN telephone support hours: Mon-Fri: 9.30am - 6.30pm (EST), Sat-Sun: 10am - 4pm (EST)

TSN Support are not able to assist with software on your computer, such as configuring an email program, setting up wireless, or your computer to connect to the internet. Please seek help from our HelpDesk section or consult the manufacturer of your software / equipment.


Billing & Accounts

The TSN accounts department are available via email only billing@tsn.cc

All billing inquiries, questions, and disputes regarding the billing or administration of your account.

You may update Credit Card details and Direct Debit details by logging into ManageAccounts. Before changing these you must read our Methods of Payment.
