These packages are on a 36 month contract. No setup fee applies for those on our existing route (see here). Terms and conditions apply. Both uploads and downloads are counted as usage on this plan. Please contact us for further details.

Extra Information & FAQ

Setup

Free setup is offered to those already on our existing routes. If you are not on this existing route, Setup will be charged at $30 per meter, from our closest network point to your property boundary.
To roughly calculate the cost of running the Fibre to your property, please use Google Maps/Google Earth 'line' tool, following the roads to your property from the closest point in our existing route.

Financing / Leasing

Should setup costs to your premisis be a substantial amount, TSN has Financing and Leasing options available.

Television Services

TSN has plans to deliver free television stations to the community by December 2008. There will be no cost for this service. If TSN Phone services are not utilised in your premesis, a set top box will need to be purchased at a cost of $800 (once off).

Phone Lines

TSN Communication's Fibre Optic Internet includes 2 Telephone Lines, which are charged at Business rates.

Discounts

Discounts may be available to those who spend $1000+ on their phone services per month. These discounts are calculated case by case by our staff.
