PLEASE NOTE that TSN support staff are NOT able to assist with general PC and network support, including:
- Software on your computer (other that programs we supply for the purpose of connecting to our services);
- Configuring email programs such as Outlook Express or Thunderbird;
- Home network - Local area networking (LAN) including wireless home networks;
- General PC troubleshooting, computer virus infections/anti-virus programs etc.
- PC hardware faults (except for modems and related hardware that we supply to you).
For any of the above issues please consult the manufacturer or supplier of your equipment/software, or seek advice from a PC technician or other consultant.
